So, one of John's favorite times during the day is bathtime...we have recently started adding bubbles to his bath and he gets such a kick out of them. He is now using the bubbles to make a bubble beard on his face and even some bubble sideburns...ha! He also tends to take a big scoop in his hand and then try to eat them...it's funny how that ususally only happens once during bath. I guess the delicious looking white foam isn't so delicious after all. :) He has a ton of fun and we spend extra time playing around the bath tub now. He evens loves at the end of the bath when I've drained the water to start smashing all the leftover bubble piles that are still in the tub. It's amazing how this quick 5 minute event now takes 30 minutes plus cleaning up the floor, walls, and mirror from all the sloshing and bubble throwing. But, I wouldn't trade it for anything....these are such precious moments and I truly cherish each day...what an amazing love I have for my child...all the more reason to be reminded of God's great love for us!

I love the bubble beard! Lily loooves bubbles too. I agree- it'll turn a quick bath into a marathon but at least it is entertaining!
