Halloween Cookies

This year we had Lily and her family come over to make Halloween cookies.  Lily and John had so much fun making cookies and a haunted house...well sort of.  :)  The box instructions were way too difficult so we improvised.  :)  Nothing like a haunted cookie mess.  :)

Outdoor playtime

We enjoy playing outside as much as we can.  Here are some pics of us having fun and John enjoying a homemade popsicle...his favorite treat! We make them out of fresh fruit and keifer so they're super healthy...who knew they could be so delicious? :)

A few months ago (yes, I  know I'm late) we finally got out the kites that have been sitting in John's closet and let him experience flying a kite.  He loved it and had so much fun.  Here's a few pictures to capture the moment:
