First Trip to the Dentist

John recently had his first trip to the dentist and he did awesome! He was such a big boy and let them do all their cleaning and flossing without any hesitation. He really liked getting a new toothbrush and toothpaste when he was done. He also said "Mommy, this is just like when Caillou went to the dentist.". Thank you Caillou cartoon! :)

Halloween Cookies

This year we had Lily and her family come over to make Halloween cookies.  Lily and John had so much fun making cookies and a haunted house...well sort of.  :)  The box instructions were way too difficult so we improvised.  :)  Nothing like a haunted cookie mess.  :)

Outdoor playtime

We enjoy playing outside as much as we can.  Here are some pics of us having fun and John enjoying a homemade popsicle...his favorite treat! We make them out of fresh fruit and keifer so they're super healthy...who knew they could be so delicious? :)

Birthday Party!

Since John's birthday party was on a Thursday, we had his party the following Saturday.  We had a great day of fun with family and friends.  John had a blast celebrating with Lily the most...they spent all day playing and enjoying pool time outside.  It was a wonderful day and we feel so blessed to have our family and friends here to celebrate.
